The Publication Scheme consists of 7 classes of information which is considered to be in the Public Interest. We have designed our website in accordance with these 7 classes and made it very simple and accessible to use. The majority of the information is available in PDF format so a hard copy is instantly available.
The Trust's Publication Scheme provides corporate information in relation to the Freedom of Information Act 2000. It also adheres to the Data Protection Act 1998 and does not include any personal data in regard to staff, patients or any member of the public as we strive to keep this information entirely confidential. To ensure that the Trust is vigilant in the protection of patient and service user information a senior member of staff adopts the role of Caldicott Guardian. The Caldicott Guardian is also responsible for enabling appropriate information-sharing.
The Caldicott Guardian at the Trust is Dr David Vickers, Medical Director.
