Our staff endeavour to provide the best possible care to the populations we serve and deserve to do so in a way that's free from violence, aggression and abuse.
Cambridgeshire Community Services NHS Trust values our staff and adopts a zero-tolerance approach, which means we'll take all reasonable steps to secure the health and safety of staff who may be exposed to the risk of aggression or violence from service users and members of the public.
Although it's very rare for serious assaults to occur, the level of harm to any individual from any assault can affect individuals in different ways and as such we'll ensure that all staff are offered support and assistance following any violent incident from members of the public.
