Priorities and How We Are Doing

The Trust’s Board regularly reviews our progress against our five year business plan and annual objectives), including through updates and identification of actions required on:

  • Quality (service and staff issues)
  • Contractual performance
  • Finances

The Board also receives Patient Stories, hearing direct from patients and service users their experience of our services, as well as from members of staff about what is like working for the Trust.   Feedback from patients and staff provides invaluable information on how we can further improve our services.
