Luton Adults Community Health Services
With growing and ageing population there is an increasing demand on community health and social care services, particularly as new treatments and technologies are developed.
Much of the focus of older people’s services is to support people to remain as independent as possible, prevent unnecessary hospital stays and support people to return home as quickly as possible if they do need go to hospital.
We also provide urgent care for a wide range of minor illnesses and injuries and specialist diagnostic testing.

Luton At Home First help support people who are at increased risk of emergency hospital admission. It includes intensive case management and integrated rapid response services, led by a lead professional involved in your care.
