In 2017, NHS Employers invited regional streamlining programs and national key stakeholders to come together to share, collaborate, influence and avoid duplication of effort.
There was a fantastic response to this opportunity for national co-ordination whilst retaining regional ownership and so the NHS Streamlining Programme was formed.
Across the East of England NHS organisations are taking forward streamlining work focuses upon 4 work streams: Occupational Health, Recruitment, Mandatory Training and Doctors in Training.
