What is a video appointment?

Video appointments are easy to use and are often more convenient. Attend Anywhere is a secure web-based platform for families with pre-booked video appointments. You can use the platform on any PC, Mac or iOS/Android device, using Google Chrome(for PC/Mac/Android devices) or Safari (for iOS devices and Macs).

How does a video appointment work?

We will contact you to book your antenatal, new birth or infant feeding appointment. We will then follow this up with an email confirming the date and time of the appointment.

On the date and time of your appointment you will be able to enter your a secure meeting room via the buttons above. It is a good idea to enter the room a few minutes early.

You will be asked to fill in your name, date of birth and phone number. We ask for a phone number so we can call you back if there are any difficulties.

We will not store the details you submit and any details will be transferred securely.
