  • To help parents interact constructively with their children during this time of confinement, the World Health Organization (WHO) has produced six one-page tips for parents which cover planning one-on-one time, staying positive, creating a daily routine, avoiding bad behaviour, managing stress, and talking about COVID-19.

  • Together for Short Lives - parents and carers may find this coronavirus Q&A helpful.

  • Kooth - you'll findself-help materials, mood-tracking and goal setting tools and live, moderated forums here. In addition, young people can log on to one-to-one online counselling sessions with a qualified counsellor from 12 noon- 10pm on weekdays, and from 6pm until 10pm on weekends.
