It’s natural to feel anxious and stressed during times of uncertainty however there are many resources available to help us maintain good mental wellbeing, including Public Health England's Every Mind Matters.

  • Daily stress and trauma management: a new service called COVID Calm is available for health care professionals to receive support on daily stress and trauma management from experienced trainers. To find out more visit the COVID Calm website here.

Free counselling support for frontline NHS workers

The NHS has partnered with local charity Relate Cambridgeshire to provide counselling to health and social care staff and volunteers across the whole of the Cambridgeshire region. The partnership will support those who are facing relationship challenges due to the effects of the Covid-19 pandemic, through funded counselling sessions, delivered by relationship experts Relate Cambridgeshire.
