- Health Assured (as of 1st April 22) - for staff based in Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Milton Keynes, Norfolk and Waveney, Peterborough and Suffolk
Health Assured provide emotional support and practical guidance and have counsellors who will triage and provide early interventions. Staff can take advantage of structured counselling or use the helpline to work through their current situation. Health Assured can also help with practical concerns with their legal providers, offering advice and guidance on a number issues, including writing a will, tenancy and housing concerns, and motoring issues to a name a few.

The Counselling Foundation provides a free, confidential service to staff to explore issues impacting on emotional and mental wellbeing. This service can be contacted on 01727 856693.
Free counselling support for frontline NHS workers
The NHS has partnered with local charity Relate Cambridgeshire to provide counselling to health and social care staff and volunteers across the whole of the Cambridgeshire region. The partnership will support those who are facing relationship challenges due to the effects of the Covid-19 pandemic, through funded counselling sessions, delivered by relationship experts Relate Cambridgeshire.
