From the smallest gesture that made your day to something that you’ll remember for a lifetime ... let us know!
 
Whether it is someone involved in your care, someone that made a difference when you visited us, or perhaps you want to recognise a fellow colleague within the Trust, just fill in the nomination form and we’ll do the rest. 
 
Every month, our panel will choose one member of staff or a team as the ‘shine a light’ award winner.  

Teams will be presented with a voucher for £50 and individual winner's will receive £25.  We will also promote their story through our website and newsletters, along with a summary of everyone that was nominated.

June Shine A Light Joint Winners - Bethany Scarcelli and the St Neots 0-19 HCP Team

This award is an opportunity for patients, families, visitors, and Trust colleagues to say ‘thank you – you made a difference’ to a member of staff or a team for anything (however small!) that helped make their experience of our services better.

We're delighted to announce that our joint June ‘Shine a Light’ winners are: 

Bethany Scarcelli, Clinical Nurse Specialist. Bethany was nominated by Jeanette Gowing for her support towards the complex safeguarding cases within the iCaSH service she works in. Jeanette called her 'a champion for patients and their wishes'.

St Neots 0-19 HCP Team comprising Angela Pendleton, Zoe Francis, Kara Nicholson, Sarah Shillington, Ingrid Wilson, Susan Bowling, Lisa Barrett, Mandy Jackson and Chloe Upshall. Joy Beck wanted to nominate the team for their support with a 6 month student nurse placement. Joy felt the team had gone above and beyond to ensure the student had a brilliant and welcoming placement.

Liezl Alfeldi, Leah Bain, Debbie Beeton, Debbie Boekee, Joelle Evans, Amanda Freeman, Ellie Mansfield, Speech and Language Therapy Assistants
Lynne Millard-King nominated the team of speech and language therapy assistants for the outstanding work they do with children and their families. Lynne stated "They are a valued and integral part of our service and their innovative intervention has the power to change the lives of the children we work with". 

Wisbech Health Visitors
Deborah Myring nominate the Wisbech health visitors and want to let then know how appreciated they are. Deborah noted that the team are amazing and continuously help each other out, despite having their own work pressures.

Amber Coogan, Health Visitor
Jo Smith nominated Amber for her exemplary work with a particularly complex case, which involved a family with multiple health needs and social care input. 

Vanessa Floyd, Recruitment Co-ordinator
Jo Smith nominated Vanessa for her professionalism, patience and expertise in assisting the team to navigate the Trac system. Vanessa has remained calm and made new staff feel included and up to date with their recruitment process. 
 
Sue Guess, Pharmacy Technician
The community matron team would like to thank Sue for her continued support and hard work over a long period of time, stating "she is always willing to help and goes above and beyond for patients under her care".

Cheyenne Usher, Quality and Support Officer
Cheyenne was nominated by Amanda Browne for her professionalism and expertise when handling the transfer of a new service to the Trust. Amanda said "I have been struck by Cheyenne's calm and professional manner and her ability to grasp a really difficult problem and work through this independently".
