The NHS Friends and Family Test is a simple feedback tool which asks the key question... Thinking about the service we provide, overall, how was your experience of our service?

Response options range between very good – very poor and people can leave anonymous comments too.

The "Friends and Family Test" is incorporated into all our patient experience questionnaires, feedback cards, feedback, and our online survey.
