Shine a Light Award Winner – April 2013
Sue Robinson, HCA/Admin - Clinic B, Princess of Wales Hospital, Ely
Sue was nominated by one of her patients for being “a genuinely caring nurse.”
In the past she had found it very rare to encounter a medical professional who really stood out. Her faith in the NHS was restored when she met Sue in Clinic B. Sue was extremely patient, understanding and helpful. She offers patients a truly personal service and took the time to make her feel completely at ease and unrushed, at no time did she feel like a mere number. Sue really is a credit to the team!
Congratulations to Sue!
