Co-production team
Co-production is when our services and service users work together. This ensures that we involve people with lived experiences in our decision making. It helps us to make services that meet the needs of our communities.
Welcome to our service
How to get involved
We are always looking for members of our community to join in! This includes parents, carers and young people. We want to hear your voices.
Some of the things you can get involved with include:
- attending and participating in a meeting to share your ideas for service improvements
- being part of a project group to design new service developments
- co-design and co-deliver training for our team members
- joining an interview panel to interview our new recruits
- sharing your story for our colleagues to learn from
- attending a focus group
- completing surveys
- providing feedback on new initiatives or written materials
- speaking at a conference or event
You do not need to have any previous knowledge or specialist expertise or experience. We will offer you payment for your time, in line with our rewards and recognition policy.
