  • We expect it will take time to implement the ideas and strategies given.  We encourage you to use the Goal Setting Tool to help you to help your child.
  • If after this time, you require further help, please ask your child's school, nursery or healthcare professional to complete a Referral Form and send it to us with your completed GOAL SETTING PAPERWORK.
  • Once received, you will be offered an individual appointment for your child with an occupational therapist/physiotherapist.
