Translation and help accessing our service

As an NHS organisation, we are trying to reach and communicate with as many people as we can.

If you require an interpreter for an appointment, please ask your referrer to indicate on the referral form that an interpreter is needed and we will arrange one.

If you require translations of letters or easy to read formats please email your service.

How to use this website

Easy read and translation 

We have some of the options and features we have to help with reading and translation. Our dedicated easy read and translation tool, which you can activate at the top left corner of the web page, has lots of useful features.

 

Easy Read Translation Final EXAMPLE

This will translate any wording into a different language other than English.  Some languages will voice over any wording as well as translate English into your preferred language.

 

Click on the 'easy read and translation button' and put your cursor over the writing you would like to be read out a box will appear with words 'recite me' simple select the play button start the read out loud function. As demonstrated below.

Images and Videos

If clicking on a picture or a video, press this button and the screen will become larger.

When watching a clip which gives you written information, don't forget the pause button if you want to read the information more slowly, or you can play the clip again.
