Our Rapid Response Team has been recognised nationally by NHS England and Improvement. Rapid Response

The nurses’ referral route, which allows NHS provider 111 to book children directly into the service, has been highlighted as best practice. The pathway is to be included in a series of case studies on Same Day Emergency Care for its success in reducing the pressure on hospital emergency departments while strengthening urgent care in the community.
