DentalHealthCare is the Trust's dental service in the community in Cambridgeshire and Peterborough.

We provide emergency dental care (including out of hours) for all patients requiring an emergency appointment.

We also provide the following upon referral from a health professional:

We are approved by Health Education England as a foundation dentist training practice (newly qualified dentist) in our Cambridge and Peterborough centres.

Our oral health promoters plan, develop and educate people in ways to improve and manage their oral health. Their aim is to reduce inequalities for oral health outcomes based on the Department of Health (DoH) “ Delivering Better Oral Health”. They work with local authorities, social services, health improvement programmes, and local and national health campaigns throughout  the country.

Dental HealthCare Cambridgeshire have a small team who deliver oral health promotion to the community. They visit care homes, schools, nurseries and other vulnerable groups promoting good oral health.
