The nurse was so encouraging and listened with empathy. She offered really helpful, practical advice which made such a difference. Couldn’t have been better.

The video appointment worked well. The therapist engaged really well with our son. She gave some great advice and presented a clear plan going forwards. She was very positive and engaged.

Speech and Language Therapy

Our nurse has looked after us and supported us since the children came into care through some difficult periods of health with the children. She chases up appointments when I am struggling to get the hospitals to help me and I appreciate the follow up calls after appointments

Looked After Children

The lady we saw was lovely, reassuring and gave my daughter a thorough check. Was very informative and made the experience enjoyable for my 1 year old.

Physiotherapy

The Occupational Therapist was amazing with my son. She really gave him time, explained everything in a way he could understand. She tapped into my sons needs and strengths and personality very quickly. As a result he felt at ease the entire time. The therapist praised him at appropriate timings in order for him to achieve the desired outcome.
