CCS NHS Trust is committed to involving local people in the decisions we make to ensure that the services we provide are high quality, are responsive to the needs of those that use them, and are value for money.
We believe that each and every individual living in Cambridgeshire, Luton and Peterborough, as well as Norfolk and Suffolk residents using our sexual health services, has the right to be involved in the ongoing development of health and social care services we provide.
We also believe that residents have a responsibility to make the best use of health and social care resources and are able to access information and support that enables them to make healthy choices about their lifestyles.
How are we involving users of our services, their representatives and the wider public?
We invite anyone using our services to complete a Patient Experience Survey or leave feedback on either the NHS choices.
The survey can be completed either within the service at certain times on IPADs, or any time on-line, in hard copy or via smart phone. Feedback is anonymous and is sent direct to an external company to compile results but if there is something you wish us to know or with to ask a question you may choose to contact the service direct or the PALS service
We’re proud of the level of satisfaction demonstrated through the above activities but aren’t complacent and are developing action plans to address areas such as improving dignity and reducing waiting times.
